A safe and reliable product based on natural plant raw materials is available for immediate use. This product is odorless and does not contain any organic solvents or toxic substances. It is well absorbed into dense rust layers, ranging from 50 to 300 µm, transforming them into a protective layer of complex ferrous compounds. This protective layer levels the affected surface, preventing further corrosion and enhancing the adhesion and quality of protective paint coatings.

This product is recommended for preparing ferrous metal surfaces, especially those that are not easily accessible, such as reinforcement of ferro-concrete, building steel constructions, bridges, mine barriers, land and sea vehicles, industrial equipment, pipelines, and tanks (including those used for drinking water), before applying anti-corrosive protective coatings.

Surface preparation is essential before applying this product. The surface should be cleaned from old coatings, oil residues, dust, and other contaminants. If needed, paint strippers can be used as per the application instructions. Solvent Kompozit® is recommended for degreasing. Layers of brittle and exfoliated rust and scale should be removed using appropriate tools like scrapers, metal brushes, abrasive blast cleaning, or other methods.

To apply this product, mix it thoroughly before use and apply it to the metal surface as a continuous even layer using a sprayer. The best temperature for application is between +15 to +20 °C, as the rust conversion process is most effective in these conditions. After applying, allow the product to dry completely before priming and painting. It is important to protect the surface from moisture and atmospheric precipitation after application.

Safety precautions should be followed while using this product. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and ingestion. Wash hands thoroughly after handling and use personal protective equipment like respirators, safety glasses, protective clothing, and rubber gloves. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical advice immediately.

For environmental protection, do not dispose of the product in drains, water systems, or soil. Follow local regulations for disposal of liquid leftovers and empty containers. This product is ideal for corrosion protection and restoration of steel surfaces, especially hard-to-reach areas, before applying protective coatings.
