  • My mug arrived broken! What should I do? Please do NOT return the broken pieces. Safety first! Simply take a clear photo of the damaged mug and the packaging, and email it to support@getgoodies.shop with your order number. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? Since we ship internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package across the Pacific.
  • Are the mugs dishwasher/microwave safe? Most of our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe unless stated otherwise in the specific product description. We recommend checking the individual product page to be sure.
